REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our 90-Night Guarantee We want you to feel good about your purchase. Every Purafix order is backed by a 90-night money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 nights of the delivery date, even if you have tried the mouthpiece. See the conditions below.

How to start a return Email us at Contact@trypurafix.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back, so we can process your refund correctly.

Condition and hygiene For hygiene reasons, please clean the mouthpiece before returning it and pack it in its case. Because Purafix is a personal-use oral product, we cannot resell returned units, and your return will be handled solely under the 90-night guarantee. Please include all items from your original order where possible.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at Contact@trypurafix.com within 10 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

Exchanges If you would like a replacement instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Order changes and cancellations If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at Contact@trypurafix.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order has been dispatched. 

Late or missing refunds If you have not received an approved refund after the timeframe above, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at Contact@trypurafix.com and we will help.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, which apply in addition to this guarantee.
