Free shipping We offer free shipping on every order. There are no shipping fees at checkout.

Discreet packaging Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging. There is nothing on the outside that describes the product inside.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times After processing, orders to the United States typically arrive within 12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link so you can follow its progress. Please allow a short time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us at Contact@trypurafix.com immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.

Delays, lost, or stuck shipments If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated window, contact us at Contact@trypurafix.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
