TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Agreement These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of trypurafix.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Purafix ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products, descriptions, and pricing We aim to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free. Purafix is a snoring aid and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea, teeth grinding, or any other medical condition. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities.
4. Orders and acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it is placed for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
5. Payment You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the total order amount.
6. Shipping and returns Shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds under our Refund & Returns Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
7. Health notice and proper use Purafix is intended for use by healthy adults as a snoring aid, following the included fitting and cleaning instructions. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dental advice. Snoring can sometimes indicate a serious condition. If your snoring is accompanied by gasping, choking, pauses in breathing, or other concerning symptoms, stop use and consult a physician. Do not use the product if it has been advised against by a dentist or physician, or if you have a condition listed in our Disclaimer. Use of the product is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
10. Testimonials and results Any reviews or testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
11. Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer guarantees.
12. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purafix and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of the product or the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purafix from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the product or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
